Yesterday an Hamburg court decided that Deutsche Telekom can sell the blocked version of the iPhone. After the Vodafone sue, T-Mobile started selling an unlocked version of the Apple gadget at 999 euros; now it can stop selling the unlocked version and get back distributing only the latter, which included a 2-years contact with the telco.

iPhone in Germany

Classified in: Apple,Technology news,iPhonepaomic at 12:10 pm

The iPhone is being sold in Germany by T-Mobile and Deutsche Telekom (some tips and tricks for iPhone German users are already online). Vodafone a few days ago managed to win a judgment, so now T-Mobile decide to sell an unlocked version of the new Apple jewel, at 1,000 €! Not that cheap, but it’s a great achievement for Vodafone. T-Mobile announced that this will continue until judges decide on the case (so they say that it won’t last forever). We will see when iPhone will be launched in France and Italy (rumors said that there was an agreement between Telecom Italia and Apple, while now Vodafone seems the first on the line).
