Here’s an interesting video of a strange thing: a line on the screen, that is visible only when using Visual Studio!
What could it be?

It may seem a joke but it’s real! The Jura F90 coffee maker suffers from a vulnerability that allows for remote access to the system (windows XP based), to control the settings of the coffee machine, such as chaging the preset coffee settings (making it weaker or stronger), changing the amout of water or even breaking it. This is going to open a complete new scenary for the network hackers, denial-of-coffee!

I wanted to share with you something I read on a newspaper today. While reviewing a website, the author of the article wrote:
“nice and intuitive interface, you only need a click to change the current page”
I wonder how he usually surfs the internet, must be a really though job!

While searching for some CSS hacks for IE, I came by a very funny page on MSDN. I honestly forgot hasLayout. It’s unbelievable how many bugs IE has. Some of them are corrected with IE7, but IE8 (which recently passed Acid2 compatibility test) will be more compatible with HTML CSS and other standards. Microsoft announced that super standard mode will be the default mode of IE 8. This changes a bit from what they stated before. Some say this could be the beginning of another browser war.
